We can understand Pre-orders can be stressful and time consuming, that's why we're explaining the entire process for you. There will only be a limited amount of stock this means you will have to be fast. Be fast or be last.

Once the website closes production begins and we will ensure to provide you with updates about your order via email and social media showing videos and pictures. 

Production will take approximately around 1-2 weeks MAX, then all orders will be shipped Next Day Delivery for all UK orders, 3-5 Days for Europe Orders and 6-7 days for International Orders.

Since you'll be waiting we will ensure to take care of you, that's why we have decided to do Free shipping if you purchase the full set, In addition, a discount will be provided for subscribing to the email list helping you save money. 

Once you have joined our email list you will be receiving regular updates on your order as we understand waiting can be stressful so we want to reassure you that your order will be on its way if you have any concerns or questions you can always email us.

All UK orders will approximately take 1-2 business days after being dispatched. We aim to ship all orders the same or next working day from when your order has been placed.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your order via our website.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to take any responsibility for any delays, ensure to continue tracking your item for updates.

If you are ordering from Europe your order should take 3-5 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

If you are ordering Internationally your items will approximately take 6-7 business days to arrive.

Any import fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer.

All orders over £50 are eligible for free shipping.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return/exchange all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags (attached to the item) packaging and no evidence of wear on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.

WE DO NOT offer free returns and you will be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the item to us.

Once we have received the item and reviewed it we will email you to confirm your refund/exchange. The refund will be paid by the original method of payment for the items returned excluding original cost of postage.

If you wish to exchange your items please allow up to 14 days from the  purchase date for your new items to be exchanged.

Any items returned to us are your responsibility, so please ensure they are packaged securely in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. We recommend you use a traceable returns service and make sure you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
