• Ensure all clothes are washed inside out.
• Wash at a temperature of 30 degrees.
• Iron inside out a low heat.
• Avoid drying with a tumble dryer.

All UK orders will approximately take 1-2 business days after being dispatched. We aim to ship all orders the same or next working day from when your order has been placed.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your order via our website.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to take any responsibility for any delays, ensure to continue tracking your item for updates.

If you are ordering from Europe your order should take 3-5 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

If you are ordering Internationally your items will approximately take 6-7 business days to arrive.

Any import fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer.

All orders over £50 are eligible for free shipping.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return/exchange all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags (attached to the item) packaging and no evidence of wear on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.

WE DO NOT offer free returns and you will be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the item to us.

Once we have received the item and reviewed it we will email you to confirm your refund/exchange. The refund will be paid by the original method of payment for the items returned excluding original cost of postage.

If you wish to exchange your items please allow up to 14 days from the  purchase date for your new items to be exchanged.

Any items returned to us are your responsibility, so please ensure they are packaged securely in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. We recommend you use a traceable returns service and make sure you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
