RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return/exchange all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags (attached to the item) packaging and no evidence of wear on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.

WE DO NOT offer free returns and you will be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the item to us.

Once we have received the item and reviewed it we will email you to confirm your refund/exchange. The refund will be paid by the original method of payment for the items returned excluding original cost of postage.

If you wish to exchange your items please allow up to 14 days from the  purchase date for your new items to be exchanged.

Any items returned to us are your responsibility, so please ensure they are packaged securely in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. We recommend you use a traceable returns service and make sure you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
